Terms of Service

1. What you're buying
Each plugin purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run that plugin inside Autodesk Revit, tied to the license key issued at checkout. Bundles grant the same license across every plugin included in the bundle at time of purchase.
2. Seats and activation
Licenses are seat-based. A seat corresponds to one activated machine per license key at a time. You can deactivate a seat and reactivate it on a different machine from your account page.
3. In-development plugins
Plugins marked “in development” in the catalog are not available for purchase or download until they ship and are marked “live.” We don't sell access to unfinished software.
4. Refunds
If a plugin doesn't work as described for your supported Revit version, contact hello@modlq.app within 14 days of purchase for a refund. We don't offer refunds for change-of-mind after a license key has been activated on a seat.
5. Updates
Purchasing a plugin includes updates for the Revit versions it currently supports. Support for new major Revit releases may be added over time and is not guaranteed on a fixed schedule.
6. Acceptable use
You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or share license keys for ModlQ plugins outside your own licensed seats.
7. Liability
Plugins are provided as-is. Always keep backups of your Revit models — ModlQ is not liable for data loss resulting from plugin use, misuse, or bugs. Review each plugin's transaction-based, undo-able design as a safety net, not a guarantee.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of purchased plugins after an update means you accept the revised terms.
