Export the sheet list to Excel, edit it, bring it back — reviewing every change first.
Exports every sheet with its number, name, issue date and drawn/checked/designed-by to a formatted workbook. Edit it in Excel, then re-import: you get a diff of exactly what would change, per field, with old and new side by side, and you tick which of it to apply. Rows you add by hand — the ones with no ElementId — are created as new sheets, so the same spreadsheet both updates the register and grows it.
